Yeah as most of you out there, even she had given up on fat loss and she had tried most of the common myths like eating chapathi and salad and fruits and it didn't help! Yes - detox diets and juice diets and salads will crash the metabolism and you usually end up gaining double the weight after going through crap diets like Gm diets!
You don't need to do 2 to 3 hours of cardio activities to get here ! Just eat right and do resistance training it could be weight training, yoga, Pilates etc ! Diet is not something where you eat grass and fruits ! It's something more than that " macro nutrients are a key to the success." A diet which doesn't have protein rich foods will not lead you anywhere near to fat loss! Just 1 hour of resistance training and clean eating can get you here !

Being a part time Zumba instructor she has been working in a stressful environment which affected her ability to lose weight! In your fitness regime; Cardio/Aerobics/Zumba are a part of fitness. But there are different elements of fitness (for example: strength,Balance,Flexibility). One has to incorporate all these elements to their fitness regimen to stay lean and fit! If you are training for long periods and can’t see any difference - you have to completely deload and change your comfort zone to come out of your plateau!
HARD GAINER VEGETARIAN TRANSFORMATION- HALF WAY THROUGH
One of the challenging task in fitness coaching is to coach a hard gainer. My client @gururaj is not much fat, he was in average shape. Genetically he has ectomorph/hardgainer body frame due to which gaining muscle has always been a struggle.
He approached me to help him get rid of his belly fat. I cannot make him look skinny by recommending him any type of fat loss diet (keto,IF,low carb etc).
